Hi, I have well over 100 pounds to lose and could use some Fitbit friends to share stats with. I don't post much, but I love watching the two friends that I already have, and how their stats add up against mine. One friend and I keep taking turns being in the lead and the other I cannot even come close to catching. I probably only average 6-8,000 steps a day right now. I am in the same boat! Have already lost 37 lbs and still need to lose another 67 lbs.
Friends are welcome!! But i would also like a daily chat where we can exchange recipes and daily meal plans. That would really help I think!
Oh and for those who want to get to the root of their weight issues and get a handle on it for good:
I just bought the book called "The Cognitive Behavioral Workbook for Weight Management". It's really really really good and works great together with my fitbit steps and helps me get through that brick wall of emotional eating...

Hi everyone, glad I finally found some people that sound like they may be in a similar boat as me! I have another 86 lbs to go and have had my fitbit bout 3 weeks or so. I joined weight watchers last month and absolutely love it 🙂 The past couple days I haven't been able to do a whole lot thanks to be down with bronchitis and a sinus infection so as soon as I get rested up and over this I'll be back at it and ready to get moving again. Looking for friends to help motivate each other. If anyone would like to add me please feel free to do so! Good luck to all 🙂
