I am the exact same weight as I was when I got my Flex 3 1/2 months ago!
How about you?
I'm hoping with Spring here and Summer around the corner, that my walking will increase.

After hovering around 28-30 lbs lost for several months, I am now down 32 lbs. My body mass index is still at 26.6 so I have a long way to go to reach my target of 24. Slow and steady is the way I have been doing it. I have degenerative health conditions associated with seniors, so increasing my level of activity is always a challenge. The most difficult thing for me distinguishing between listening to my body and my own laziness.

Hi
I lost 15Kg since I got my Versa. I had 100Kg in December and I'm 85Kg now.
Exercise + diet, and Versa helping me keep focused!
Cheers

same, now finding it hard to re-lose those lbs

It is particularly difficulty to re-loose weight, in my case I used to feel unmotivated, because I had lost some of the progress I've made.
However, as with most things in life, we have to overcome all those obstacles and keep going. I don't even think about it anymore, I just keep going, and when least expected I realize I've reached my weight goal. 😁

enspire HR has been a Godsend, bought it 20 days ago 11/14/2019 at 203.2 lbs, todays weight was lowest in a very long time at 181.2 lbs, I am 5' 11". I am burning around 4030 calories and consuming 1200 calories made of purely protein, vegetables and fruit. Its very difficult to get to 1200 calories when you cut sugar, bread and rice. I am also drinking two cups of green tea one at morning after breakfast and one at night after dinner. I walk for majority of my steps, but am doing a 25-30 minute treadmill where half the time i am jogging at 6.0 mph and half i am walking briskly at 4.0 mph. My main problem when i hopefully achieve my ideal weight would be maintaning but hopefully fitbit keeps me honest

Something does Not sound right here.
He wrote: "I am burning around 4030 calories". It should have been: "My Fitbit says I’m burning...". See this other topic started by @Samiam05.
I otherwise agree with you regarding an intake of 1200 calories not being sustainable for very long.

Why is 4000 + such a surprise to you? My fitbit records as much as 4200 per day when I stay active during the day and get a good walk in at night, and on the other hand, if I have a light day then my calorie burn is in the mid to high 2Ks. When I hike I can log 6-7K burned per day. I'm not saying it's 100% accurate, but all 3 of my fitbit devices have logged about the same over the years. If I stay in the high 3k to 4K calories burned and food intake in the low 2Ks I lose weight over the course of a few weeks. Sounds like it's getting things at least pretty close to correct. Maybe if you're female, 110 lbs and in great shape, that 90 min walk doesn't burn the same amount as a male at 240..E

I had to adjust my calory shortfall to -1000 before I lost weight. But the space between lean and body fat rarely changes, so I interpreted that to mean both lean and fat are decreasing. Meaning is I cannot get the % of lean my body on maintence will never change its resting or setting calorie burn rate. As I understand it, lean burns most of our calories, so my plan is to hit my target weight, and then start a muscle rotation to squeeze more of my weight from lean . I'm expecting that muscle will push my weight higher, but my fat line and BMI will decrease. I may have it all wrong but I need the muscle for health reasons

Yup! Down 4.1lbs since Christmas. It's reminded me to get moving and I've also done a better job of drinking a gallon of water every day.
