I could use some tips for healthy meal planning for weight gain. I need 2900-3200 maintenance calories, so I need to break 3300 a day usually. I have struggled with getting that many calories for years with the exception of a year in 2015 where I did it with frozen pizzas and debbie cakes 🙂
Any tips on easy snacks and meal prep? The more complicated / time consuming the less likely I am to maintain it.

Hi @Nathan.Marsh - here are some tips I picked up from a nutritionalist when my hubby was losing too much weight.
Good luck!

Eating healthy is a great idea, so you don't burden your body and help it cope with any illness, the main thing is to drink enough water and watch how you feel. I'm constantly listening to my body's signals and analyzing them, this also applies to nutrition. I use medical books and articles to learn more about healthy eating.

I particularly like one medical website medicalbrandnames that has many up-to-date articles about medicine and these are regularly updated It also has a list of diseases and their symptoms that can help you identify what is wrong with you if you can't afford to see a doctor.

Welcome to the Community forums, @Nathan.Marsh!
I think that little things can make a big difference, so yo could start having toast with peanut butter for dessert after breakfast for example, or add some sugar to your coffee or tea, maybe increasing the amount of snacks you have during the day between meals. Adding some good fats, like avocado, can help you reach your goal and the same time that you take care of your health.
