Hello, I am new to Fitbit, and need help with a meal plan.

I am looking for a meal plan that well help me during my 12 hours shifts, 8 weeks of days, and 8 weeks of nights.    I like anything and everything.

So what's your plan? To lose weight? Gain weight? Maintain current weight?

Work out...eat... sleep...repeat!
