Hello

Hello. 

 

I have been overweight for 10 years now. I have been as high as 184 and I am 5'1. Right now I am at 153. I went from 162 to 153 in a little over a week, and being able to track my activity helps so much!

 

I am going to read around and hopefully learn from everyones posts!

hello to  you. keep up the good work. i have been up and down in my weight for a long time now. I finally feel mentally strong enough "to finish what i started". Smiley Happy
