I am not eatting enough fat. My fat is coming from protien bars (I eat the bar to satisfy my sweet tooth), boca burgers, chicken and salmon now and then. I do enjoy canned tuna as well. I dislike nuts with a passion. Avacados are just OK.
I know olive oil is another good one. What do you put it on to enjoy it and how much do you eat?
What are healthy fats do you enjoy to eat to lose weight? I don't want to eat the same fats daily.

i love to eat toasted cauliflower with olive oil and i usually just eat the whole 6 by 12 inch panful

As far as what to do with olive oil.. it is the most versatile oil out there. The only thing you can't do with it is deep fry. Use it as salad dressing, to roast or saute veggies or protein. Put it on starches instead of sauce or butter. dip pita bread in it. Anything goes.

I religiously eat my 25 grams of nuts everyday. I’ve calculated that as 13 grams of fat and 148 calories. I also take two spoons of fish oil every morning.

Have you tried hummus? Goat cheese and coconut oil are some others as well.
