How are you planning to handle Mother's Day? Is it an all out cheat day? Or do you have a plan to stick to a modified version of your diet/exercise plan?
I'm planning to watch portions, particuarly at lunch. Get in as much exercise as I can (And try and do a little extra each day over the next week). At my mother's day dinner I'll probably consider it a cheat meal and eat whatever I want including possibly even a drink or dessert. It is my day after all!

Its a cheat day for me, as well as a rest day. I've been getting in lots of steps the past several days and I've been doing really good this past week with my eating so I'm just going to enjoy the day and not even log my food today. I'm making my mom waffles for breakfast, red velvet cake, and hamburgers with macaroni salad and corn on the cob for dinner. I don't except to be eating lunch, seeing as it's 10 am already and my mom isn't awake yet for waffles so I did go ahead and have a small bowl of cereal so that I'm not starving by the time the waffles are done and end up eating more of those than I normally would.

Same as anyother day for me. My 11 yr old daughter made me a healthy breakfast of crepes and strawberries (and showed me the recipe on the internet so I could log it properly). I'm trying to drag her out to walk/jog with me today but I think she will stay home (she trains pretty hard during the week with gymnastics/cheerleading). I dislike Mothers' Day. I feel like it's just a commercial holiday to sell flowers and other junk. I'd rather my kids showed me they appreciate me a little everyday rather than binge on it 1 day a year. We went out for breakfast at Cora's yesterday which was tricky, but not diet busting (hollandaise sauce on the side, easy on the fried potatoes, splenda in the coffee) it was also a lot less busy than it will be today!
