Go through "log" to food log - second tile down is "food plan" - use right/left arrows to move to 3rd tile - click on "edit plan" - adjust weight goal on the page that comes up -
Hope this helps

You can also hover the cursor over the weight tile on the dashboard and click on the gear. You'll see a pencil icon to edit the goal weight.

I have lowered my original weight goal on my desktop with the method described here, but it has never synced that change to my Android. It remains the original goal on the Android app. Any help?

This happened to me too. Did you manage to find a fix?

It only works on the PC side of things. To modify your original weight goal, click on the dashboard, then hit the Gear Icon in the Weight Tile or Calories In vs Out Tile, and you will be given two edits. One for weight goal and one for fat mass goal.
When you press the pencil icon, it'll ask what goals you want to choose.

I emailed fitbit support and they said to logout on the andrioid app and log back in. That worked for me 🙂
