How do i keep myself motivated while in the process in becoming a healthy person?

Having that motivation to exercise and eat Healthy is something I've been struggling with forever now, and I can't seem to snap out of it and get motivated ugh .

I am sorry to hear that you are struggling.  We are here to support and encourage you along the way.  

 

I have found for me - taking one step at a time is better than trying to change/implement too many things at once. Once I am consistently successful with the one thing, I implement another.  Patience and consistency seem to be key.

Awe thank you so much I will take you advice and see how it turns out . My biggest problem is doing something and believing that I can succeed in it if I put my all in to it . Once I do that ,I will be good .

Hi everyone, great discussion topic! 

 

I've found it very useful to take one step at the time as well @Sajisaj, I've always struggled to develop a healthy lifestyle, but working on short term goals really worked for me, and seeing that I was reaching my goals kept me going, cause I knew I was in the right path. 😀
