How do you edit the in weight loss goals

Okay I've set up my weight loss goals and I have it on Extreme....opps. How do I get it to less extreme? I've tried to reset goals in the app and on the dashboart. It won't let me change it. HELP!! Please

@RobynByrd are you using the android app or iOS? They aren't exactly the same.
