Did you mean:

How many calories do we need to burn daily for weight loss?

Does anyone know the calculations on how many calories you need to have a deficit of each day to lose weight? Calories in for food vs burning calories from exercise/sitting/etc.

1 pound = 3500 calories

I'll add that studies and success rates bear heavily on that rate of loss being reasonable for the amount to lose to healthy weight.

The body get's stressed when BF% goes down from where it is and hormone balances change to fight it.

The body also gets stressed when that BF% is down around healthy level and other hormone changes will occur to make it harder.

Extreme diets lead to the upwards of 80% failure rates seen to reach or maintain a goal weight.

Any amount deficit in reality will cause extra fat burn, but some may be so slow (usually how fat is added too though) as to be discouraging, as opposed to too big and fast to cause stress to body, and be discouraging later.

As well as the fact that the figures you put on paper (or from device and logging) may not be very close to reality.

How much you got to lose to healthy weight?

There are some guidelines of 0.5% to 1% of body weight lost weekly - with % lowering as you get closer to goal weight.

There are also 250 cal blocks depending on amount to lose.

Or a 20% off what you burn daily.
