I workout 6 days per week 1-2 hours per day and even take walks with my family sometimes during the week. I really want to lose the last 2-3 lbs and become more lean and have more muscle tone/tight abs.
I eat at least 2-3 proteins a day with green smoothies such as tempeh,eggwhites, Beyond Burgers, Lentils and poultry on weekends. I am not exactly familiar with burning up 1,200-2,000 calories per day and the amount to eat to lose the excess fat!

Linda, Exercise is critical for better health, longer life and building muscle but will not help you lose weight. You weight depends on the number of calories you eat each day. Figuring calorie deficits is a lost cause. I suggest you google how many calories it takes for your gender, age, weight, height to maintain your weight. Then eat fewer calories each day.

you will lose weight in the kitchen and tighten and tone in the gym. If you want to lose weight you need to eat less. Start with his calculator to figure out what your calorie intake should be for the day. Then figure out the deficit you are comfy with and weigh your food to ensure you don't go over. Two pounds is either going to be really easy to lose or really hard to lose - the last 2 usually are. The trick will be not to gain them back, which will involve a new calc of how much to eat each day so you don't go over.

@LindaZumba , Nice to see you around. @emili and @Glenda gave you a lot of good tips and information.
Zumba, in my view, is one of the most entertaining activities, music, rhythm, cardio, etc. I used to do it a lot.
Depending on how fast you want to loose weight, I'd suggest to visit an expert, that can help you organize a good and healthy diet depending on your needs.
You can always use the Fitbit app to get an idea or to guide you with your burn and intake of calories.
