Previous post was just for fun 🙂
Typical daily salt intake recommendations are around 2,300 - 2,400 milligrams If you have a heart condition or have had a heart condition or surgery in the past, it can go down as low as 1,300-1,500 a day. Typically the less salt you eat the better, as it causes many people to retain water which makes you puffy and adds extra strees to your heart.

Its also generally recommended that you reduce salt intake from a max of 2,400 to 1,400 once you get past age 50. At that point, telling kids to get off your lawn and reminicing about the 'good old days' is also common.

Though if you are trying to lose body fat, you should minimize your salt intake (Sodium Intake). It's also not good for your blood pressure. Processed Foods have a very high amount of Sodium which retains in body water and fat percentage. You'll need enough water to reduce the percentage and as much strength and cardiovascular as possible daily to start the reduction.
