I have a very poor concept of how I really look and I'm just looking for some thoughts on how much weight I appear to look like I should be losing. I dont want to go overboard nor underboard.
I'm currently aiming for 10 pounds but wondering if maybe I should go for 15.
Thoughts?
I have some photos here:

@OrigamiKoi You can always look at some sites online which give an indication of the ideal weight based on your height and body structure. For now, why not just concentrate on eating healthier and getting more active with your FitBit. Then you can decide just how much weight you need to lose.

Well i'm already technically at a correct weight for my height and bone structure however I'm quite dissatified with it.

I wouldn't focus on losing weight, necessarily. I would try to just work on muscle tone.

Unless you wear a scale with the weight displayed on it, and a sign pointing out what you want to weigh - does it matter what the actual weight is?
Or really, is it about how many inches you are, in other words how you look?
Have you ended up skinny fat from prior diet down to this weight then?
Or as you've gotten older done less, lost muscle mass, and gained fat, though weight stayed the same?
The solution no matter what is probably something you've already thought about - hit the weights.
And not the pink dumbbells you could do without effort for 20 reps of curls. That's not accomplishing much of anything with your time.
You need heavy for your lifting. 2 - 5 sets, 5 - 15 reps, full body compound lifts working the biggest muscles (the smaller get worked automatically that way).
Eating at maintenance will allow that kind of workout to have the biggest effect, as inches drop off.

What is your body fat percentage? For me, that is always a good motivator. I gave up setting a weight I want to get to, and instead have set myself a goal of 9% body fat and that is what I am working towards. Do some research into what a healthy BF percentage and weight is for someone of your age, height and situation.
Just a suggestion, but it might give you a goal which you can approach from a different perspective 🙂

I wouldn't really say I'm skinny fat. I'm pretty active and I definetly have muscle it's just under a layer of fat and haven't started aging really as I'm only 20.

@OrigamiKoi At twenty your body hasn't stopped the natural growth for size, either. You might grow another few inches taller, which would make a difference in your adult body.
You look great. I'd say stop worrying and just eat healthier and get more active. That's where the FitBit comes in handy and this forum.

I agree with @Heybales on lifting weights. It will help tone you. I would not worry about the weight loss.
Inches will drop with the weights. Heavier the better. Not 3# they do nothing. They are Barbie weights
Start out with 5 and move up to 15 if you can

Unfortunately I am most certainly done growing.
I've been 5'2 since I was 16 and I hit puberty at about 8.
