You can't really spot reduce. You can firm the muscles through crunches and situps, but the fat will still be there. Just keep up the good work. It's usually the last area to reduce in many people. For me, the only thing that got rid of it was running and a good diet. And by running, I mean hard runs and distance. Simple jogging for a mile or two was not enough 🙂

Many thx for the tips, bt can I ask for how long does it need to keep
eating a healthy food?
My major problem is the addiction I have to potato chips 😞
Thx again!
Oh, you got some bad views on food there that spell you doing this on a yearly basis, losing the weight again.
If you can't have just a serving or two of chips in your diet and have calories for it - because you'll attack the whole bag - then I'd say never again.
Because even eating at maintenance you'll likely just binge and gain fat back.
But you don't have to eat just "healthy" food on a diet, whatever that means to you.
You need to eat less than you burn daily, that's all. Nutritious eating makes you healthy and allows that fat loss to be easier, and makes maintenance better with healthy body.
But if your view is indeed as it sounds, healthy food only while you lose weight - you'll be doing this again.
Takes as long as it takes - your body decides where the fat is coming off first and last. No one can answer your question. Might do some reading on nutrition and the body, you'll need tha knowledge for a lifetime.

I've always heard that abs are made in the kitchen. You really have to eat the things your body needs (eating clean including lots of veggies, some fruits and lean proteins and leaving out the junk we all love like chips, bread, fries, pizza, etc). When I decided to eat cleaner this year, I have noticed more muscles in my abs but I still have a fair amount of belly fat I'm trying to get rid of.
Also, you can do cardio for an hour and burn 500-600 calories but if you go to a resturant for dinner, you can easily replace all those spent calories in one sitting and you're back to where you were.
