Hey!! I have tried many ways to reduce the fat deposited on hips and abdomen. I hit the gym daily and I lost nearly 75 pounds but there was no effect on the hips and abdomen. I admire flat belly and I'm very desperate to have it.
How about undergoing liposuction surgery from a clinic in Windsor Ontario? I know it's a common procedure and many people are considering it. But I would like to know if it's worth spending money. I have heard mixed reviews regarding this procedure and I don't want to take any risk. Is there any alternative way to get rid of the fat on hips and abdomen? Any advice is highly appreciated. Thanks!!

Congratulations on the 75 pounds weight loss, that is awesome!
You cannot spot reduce fat when losing weight like you can build muscle by targeting that area during work outs. Whenever you lose weight fat will disappear from your body, but you have no control over where it will disappear first. Per person it differs where the fat will disappear last on the body, but it is typically the same spot as where you gained it first. The abdomen is infamous for being so stubborn.
I have no experience with the surgery, but my personal opinion is that you should not get surgery for a beauty image. With any surgery there are many risks involved. So if there is no health gain (physical or mental) I strongly advice against it. Specially when there are other options out there. If you feel you can keep losing weight as you are doing, I would advice to keep doing that and the fat on the hips and abdomen will disappear eventually. I do understand how frustrating that can be though.
Why do you want a flat belly so much? The media has a strong impact on our body image and how we judge ourselves, yet we have no photo shop in real life like they use for the magazines. Maybe you can learn to judge yourself less by how flat your belly is and more by how beautiful you are as a person and how healthy you are?

For women, fat on the abdomen and hips are the last to go. You have to keep losing the fat. I lost 124 pounds and still have a muffin top, but I still have maybe 20 or 30 more pounds to go to get to where I want to be.

Thanks for the reply! I will continue my workouts. I think I should give some more time before making a decision.
