Good morning everyone, I am using the nutribullet daily and I drink two aday. How do I log that? do I need to break down the amount of fruit and veggies I put in blender along with the amount of water?
is there a way to have the name of the drink in the food log?

I used a food scale and place the cup on it and zero it out, then continue to add/zero so I can log everything I'm putting in. At that point I'll have the calorie count and consistent weights (in grams) to use when I make my drinks.

I have a vitamix and also make smoothies. I use the 'create a meal' feature and name my smoothies and list what I put in each one. Then I have it available to me on the list when I have it so it is easy to log. hth

thank you I do this in the Create a meal section so each time I drink a certain shake i just use the name I titled it. Thanks so much.
