Power walking would help you quite a bit - how much weight do you need to lose - do you belong to a gym? They show you all the machines and where the machines can target a certain part of the body.  They have some really good deals out there right now.

Power walk, drink more water, crunches, and watch what you eat.  I've lost 17+ pounds since mid-Nov doing that, and most of my guy has gone away.  Good luck!

Ok - you want to lose your gut. This is one of those things that is easier said, than done. Techniques for losing fat from the mid-section - well, they don't exist, aside from liposuction.

When we lose fat, we lose it from all over our body.

So - to lose fat, there must be a zillion ways to do this - but they all start with the basic principle -Eat fewer calories than you burn.  The most efficient way that I know of is to eat foods that increase your metabolism - Broccoli, peppers, spices, green tea and several others. Check the internet for a bigger list. Also, I recommend lifting weights. Lifting weights, if done correctly, will boost your metabolism for hours after you've left the gym. Also - get sleep! Go to bed early, wake up early. Drink lots of water.

Also - ignore "the fat burning zone". That zone is ridiculous. Get out of your comfort zone. Push yourself. Do windsprints. Start with 5 or 6 sprints of 30 seconds of running as fast as you possibly can, resting 2 to 5 minutes in between. The research backs up that this will burn more fat than the fat burning zone, and take up much less time.

Those who have no idea what they are doing genuinely have no idea that they don't know what they're doing. - John Cleese

You can't target fat loss with exercises as a previous poster suggest. That isn't how fat loss works. We don't get to choose where it comes off. Genetics largely determines that for us.

Exercises that target certain areas of the body are to build muscle which is an entirely seperate tissue from fat. Fat is lost by expending more calories than you eat which forces the body to tap into stored energy (fat cells) and burn them for energy.

Basically, if you want to lose weight. Set your Fitbit food plan to create a calorie deficit and count every calorie that goes in your mouth. Be sure to do a full body strength training program 2-3x a week on non consecutive days to combat lean muscle/tissue loss while losing weight. If you don't, you will have a high body fat percentage at a low weight which will contribute to excess abdominal fat.

Sadly there is no way to loose weight from one specific body part...... that said, its not uncommon to see men with a large belly and fairly thin arms, legs, face/neck.  In which case, when they lose weight its mostly going to come from belly fat.......
