I am still trying to figure out the calories in vs calories out....

I am using the force and after dinner I have meet my goal but by the time I go to bed it says I am over... Why is the number chagrin and is there a way to actually have it tell me if I'm gonna go over

The calorie calculation is an estimate based on activity levels, etc.  I'm guessing you are quite active during the day but not in the evening.  In which case the calculation is going to overestimate your calorie burn for the latter part of the day.
