Did you mean:

I can't TAKE it any longer

OK guys, after 9 months of holding my tongue, I must clear up the confusion as to the proper use of "lose" versus "loose".  These words are different.  They don't mean the same thing.  They don't even SOUND the same.

You cannot loose weight.  That doesn't even have a VERB.  Lips are loose.  Women are loose.  When I ditch my attendant, I'm reported to be loose.

As to loosing weight, don't even.  I mean, you can turn a Bruce into a Caitlyn, but you CANNOT turn an adjective into a gerund.

Thank you.  Feeling better now.  Fitbit indicates RHR is lower.

I should maybe cut back on the caffeine.

A walk outside might be good too. 🙂

We have to accept that some use of language will not be proper. I often end sentences in prepositions. Winston Churchill might call that "nonsense up with which I will not put!"

It bugs me when people talk about amount of calories in food. There is no amount of calories in food. There is only a number of calories. The is a large amount of fat in foods.

And what does three times less mean?
