I got over 10k steps in today so far! And it's only 1 pm!

I have seen progress from only doing 250 steps and hour and having stopped moving the second I got home, to pacing my office and apartment like a crazy person lol.  I have bumped my goals up and today I hit 10k!  I hope to hit 15k by the end of the day

I'm so happy to know that you've been working hard to reach your fitness goals! Congratulations!

 

If you allow me, I want to share with you some tips that have worked for me and for some others to reach the daily step goal: 

 

1. Use the bathroom on another floor. 

2. Break the steps up throughout the day. 

3. Create your own long walks. 

4. Walk the dog.

5. Take part in Fitbit challenges. This is really interesting!
