I have a knee injury...

I have a Knee injury and can't do weight bearing exersise for a few weeks. I'm watching what I eat and my calories out are more than in but it still shows as being in the red. What does that mean? Also looking for exersise suggestions. No swimming pool in my area so thats out. I have a recumbent bike but it will be at least another week before I can even attempt that.

Can't help with the calorie in vs out, but can you do some weight activities with your arms?  This will still help get your heart rate up and can be entered manually as activity.  Just a thought...
