I have lost almost 20 lbs and things are going great! Until this last week, I have seemed to hit a plateau. My weight is neither going up or down which would be great if I was at my goal weight. Any suggestions? I have tried shaking up my exercise routine by adding some hand weights and switching off between the elliptical and the treadmill. I feel great just don't want to get discouraged. Any helpful advise would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried calorie shifting? When I did Weight Watchers many years ago I did this thing called the Wendi Plan which just means every day you eat a different amount of calories and one day a week you go well over your calories. This is just a way to confuse your body so it does not know what is going on are you on a diet or eating normal.

Try using a tape measure to see if you're losing inches. You may not see a lose on the scale because your body is building more muscle, so it can in turn burn more fat. Be patient with yourself! Certainly it didn't come on all at once, so it won't come off all at once. I hope this helps! 🙂

This may sound strange but you may actually not be eating enough!!! Try bumping up your calories and keep switching up your exercise routine.
Our bodies are machines! If you upgrade to 2.0 and keep feeding it baseline fuel, how can you expect it to keep optimizing performance? 😉
Hope this helps!
