I need to lose about 30ponds any ideas?

I in 9th grade I'm almost 15 I'm about 5'1 and I'm 162.6 pounds. My goal is around 130-140. I have been trying to loose weight for the the past 5 years and nothing has worked. 2 years ago I ate extremely healthy and went to the gym everyday and worked out for about 1 hour. That didn't even work. I'm normally in the perfect area for calories in/out. I'm either in the green or the yellow.

Kido, if you will not change your habits now when it should be easier for you, when you get to 35 + would be much harder with a lot of weight to loose….

Do it now, failure is not an option.

I just want to say nobody should be telling her how many calories to eat. The amount of calories she needs to lose weight is dependent on age, height, gender, weight, activity and many other factors. If I ate 1200 calories, that would put me in starvation zone. She needs to find the balance for herself and do what works for her.
