I am SO ready for this..my poor body, what have i done to you!!! lol
OK so my new lunchtime discovery is soup. Low calorie, with added chilli, tumeric and pepper. It was so spicy and hot it literally took me 30 minutes to eat, which tricked me into thinking i'd just had a mahoosive meal. Winner!
Good luck to everyone and especially all those who are beginning a new health and fitness adventure in 2015.

Hi @Caramammal
Since being little always ate when it would be the time to eat and eating anything i'd fancy to eat 'mostly candy' in between the meals, even if it means not being hungry at all. When looking at the pictures when being a few years old, was pretty slim.. but ignoring to listen to actual hunger and eating more than necessary, the weight creeped on over time (didn't really experience being truly hungry)..
Since a few years ago, started to change food habits, being back at a healthier weight, body fat may be a bit lower though..
Trying being more in tune with the body now, want to stop food logging completely, sometimes still log food.. want to let it go but there's a part of letting it go and trusting the body that's sometimes a bit difficult..
Our bodies go through alot..
Be happy by everything you and your amazing body accomplish! Enjoy the journey.

Soup is AHHHHHHHHHHHMAZING. I love it. Especially now that it's winter and absolutely freezing here in Oklahoma.
