What is your routine like right now? Are you exercising/eating healthy? Have you lost weight already and these are the last 6 pounds?
If you're currently not exercising, then start with some cardio and strength training. For food make sure you're making healthy choices and that you're spending more calories than you're consuming.
If you've already lost some weight and have hit a plateau with these last 6 pounds, I'd recommend switching things up and trying different exercises to challenge your body. Sometimes we can get stuck in a rut and just need to introduce new exercises to "wake our body up" in a way.

I hear you. I've lost 12 of the 15 pounds I wanted to lose, and I've been struggling a bit the last couple of pounds. What I've found helpful is that if you do cardio, try to switch up what form you do - try alternating biking one week with running the next, for example. Your body adapts to physical stress and will become more efficient at burning calories. I've been making a point of mixing up my workout routine and it's been helping. 🙂
And congrats on the weight loss! That's impressive!

ststop eating bread, drinking beer, stop sugary drinks (juice too), no desert, no milk or dairy, no salad dressings, no ketchup or mayo, no butter, no salt, and run 4 miles a day and you should be there in 6 days,.... if not you'll never get there.

Absolutely, they're hard. I reached my goal weight last year but because I was eating such low calories near the end, once I was there I ate like I hadn't seen food in years. I put back on about 10 lbs but then leveled out after getting my appetite under control by eating more. Then I wanted to get rid of the weight I gained and went back to a -500+ cal deficit. Those stubborn 5-10 lbs would not come off. I'd go down a few pounds and then up a few pounds for the past 8 months.
Anyways, I finally discovered the secret to getting rid of them. Absolutely no massive calorie deficits. You have to take them off slowly by eating just beneath what it would take to maintain your weight. I started eating around -250 to -300 cals under my total energy expenditure and they came off easily.
