Good luck!

Don't change food habits at once and do it gradually like having a piece of fruit instead of some cookies.. this way your body will gradually adjust to new healthier habits and the new habits take over from old habits.
Have fun

First set yourself a goal. Start a plan. Figure what foods you like to eat. Stay away from the junk and the sodas, and if possible avoid excess salt. Drink lots of water. Plan your first two weeks by using Lean Cuisine, Smart One's, Health Choice meals to get your body adjusted to a lower level caloric intake. Here is an example of what you can eat for one day:
Smart One's- Egg Scramble- 180 calories
1 slice of low calorie wheat bread- 40 calories
1 tablespoon of sugar free creamer- 30 calories
Total-
Lunch-
Lean Cuisine- Pizza or Meatball Sandwiche- 270 calories
Snack- Fiber One Brownie- 90 calories
Dinner- Health Choice Chicken Dinner- 320 calories
Total Calories for the day 930 for just the three meals. Which gives you some leeway to add some veggies or another snack.
Good Luck.
