Im eating more calories than i ever have

I'm confused you're supposed to stay in the green and the more you move the more calories you get. I normally only eat 1200 calories but it has me eating almost 1,500 because I'm moving more than I ever have and that's what the 500 deficit. So I guess my question is should I under it to stay at my previous calorie level or will I gain weight if I do that. Again any suggestions are appreciated

There’s a margin of error when you estimate your intake, and when Fitbit estimates your energy expenditure. Whether you will gain weight or not will depend on whether your calculated deficit is real or not. To determine that, you need more than one week.

1200 calories in very low in absolute terms, even for a small woman, so I’d give the calculations the benefit of the doubt and eat that higher amount suggested to you.
