Hello,
My name is Tiffany. I am new to FitBit. I will be getting married in late June and I want to loose 30 pounds by that time. I started eating small healthy high protein meals but Im unsure what type of work out routine I should be doing in the gym and how frequently I should be going. I want to loose the weight around my midsection, arms and a little in my face. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I should be doing even if you have some meal plans those are welcome too! All advice welcome!!!
Thank you,
Tiffany

I just got my Fitbit, but since March 1, I have been logging my food on My Fitness Pal and working out 4 days a week (30 minutes strength training/30 minutes cardio) and I have lost almost 10 pounds. I keep my carbs under 50 percent and aim for 20 percent protein daily. I also drink 4-5 bottles of water daily.
I don't think you need to use anything like a meal replacement shake once a day. Just make good, healthy food choices and let yourself have a little treat or two once a week so you are not deprived and if you slip up and have a bad meal or a bad day, just get right back to eating better.
I will say I did cardio 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes the past year and a half and saw absolutely no progress until I started being strict with logging my food daily and adding strength training to my workouts. I am trying to lose 50 more pounds by the end of the year.

I too am getting married. I'm getting married in December. I need to drop 30 pounds. I know this is doable but I'm having a hard time. Need motivation. Just tried my dress on for the first time tonight since i got it and it was zipped half way. I know I have time with no time to waste.
