Im new here and im looking to make as many friedns as possible to help each other out on our journey! Im in the airforce and need to get better run times for my PT test. I also found a new passion in helping others with there weight loss or getting in shape journies. There is nothing more rewarding than being able to get a sincere thank you from some one for being able to just motivate them or give some guidance and just be there for them. I would love to help any one who might need some motivation or support or maybe just be friends and share stories. Hope to hear from you soon.
