Does "in the zone", the green bar in the calorie intake lead to weight loss or maintain. Should I be trying to get under or in the zone to indicate weight loss?

in the zone means that you are in a healthy range of in vs out. for me being in the zone is staying at current weight. because I am usually over during the weekend, I go for under mon-thurs. I am in maintenance. When I was losing, I was consistently under and it worked for me to lose efficiently.

Well it depends on if you are setup with a deficit, surpluss, or maintaing your weight as your goal.
If you have a deficit, and you are in the zone, you should lose weight.
If you are trying to maintain weight, you should not lose or gain.
And if you are trying to gain weight, you should be gaining weight.
