Is there anyway to download or look minutes in fat burn and cardio zones?

Is there a way to download or look at your activity totals for a day/week etc by how much in fat burn vs cardio zones?

Hello @Pksrowland37, welcome to the community forums!

You can currently export data from your Fitbit account. You can export Steps, distance, active minutes, calories, floors, heart rate, stationary time, cardio fitness score, and more. To see which type of data you can download, please check: How do I export my Fitbit account data?

For Active Zone minutes and Minutes in Heart Zones, you can see them per day or week:

  1. On the Today tab, tap Zone Mins.
  2. At the top, tap Week.
  3. Scroll down to see your active minutes data. You can also swipe to the right to see "Minutes in Heart Zones".

Hope this helps!

Hi Wilson,  I am trying to download my cardio fitness and readiness scores.  I used the download feature but don't see those two scores in the CSV file.  Would you please point me in the right direction?

Thank you,

Michael
