CW - current weight 

PW - previous week's weight

LW - last weight/weigh-in

GW - goal weight for the challenge

MGW - mini goal weight

UGW- ultimate goal weight

Thought I had posted but guess I forgot!

 

Current starting weight - 209.4 (1/1/19)

LW - 207.0

CW - 204.0

GW - 199.0 (2/14/19)

Stretch goal weight - 195.0

UGW - 150.0

 

I know I have issues with water retention so my weight can flucuate quite a bit though I did move more and plan on continuing to do so. I now have three weeks to lose five more pounds to hit my challenge goal. Going to try to break that 200 wall!

Happy that I'm going in the right direction. I've made a number of changes lately, including using a S.A.D. light, and focussing on lower carb rather than very low fats. I'm feeling more motivated and energetic.

Not moving as much as I sprained my already arthritic knee on Tuesday. It's still swollen today and the arctic weather is not helping at all.

Taking the last 12 days of the challenge and plan on hitting it hard. More movement, no packaged snack foods, no sweets, more fruit/veg, more lean meats, better portion control, more sleep, healthy natural snacks, stay within my calorie limits. All the things I should be doing all the time and don't.

1.6 lbs down so the re-set is working, just not as fast as I had hoped. Doubting I'll hit my goal but I will definitely be much closer that I was on January 1st.

Didn't make my goal (again) but ended in the right direction. I have been pretty strict with calorie intake for the past 10 days and have upped my walking but I have a feeling my body is being stubborn and holding on to the weight out of spite for giving it less food.
