Way to go 2 lbs burned up. 

I'm down only .8 this week but down is very good.  I am only 10 lbs from UGW so I lose very slowly.

Hello everyone! A bit less than two weeks to go before this challenge ends and the next one starts!

Let's hear what everyone is planning for their last big push.

I've got a really bad knee that has been horrible for a few weeks now but we have the annual comic-con that we always go to coming up the last weekend in February. I need to be able to walk around (a lot of walking and standing) for three days. So I started (again) on the 1st. I'm working to up my water intake from 32 oz or less per day to 64 oz regularly, increasing my movement - more walking and using my son's Nintendo Switch RingFit game, and finally getting back to paying attention to what I am putting in my mouth and why. Better portion control, healthier choices and fewer snacks/sweets. I even made breakfast egg cups so I can take one to work each day instead of a bagel w/cream cheese or something else.

My goal is to be down three to six pounds for the comic-con. Each pound lost equals 4 pounds of pressure off my knee.

Managed to lose while on the cruise!!!

I'm going to really watch what I eat, be sure to exercise and lots of water to reach my gaol!!

I’m increased walking to more than 10,000 steps at least four times a week and cutting my carbs plus increasing my water

@Cele21  I got my Fitbit in Beginning of FEB but I don't remember how many years ago. Oh looked it up it was Jan. 27, 2015 so I made it for 5 years so far.

So I spent the weekend on my butt trying to let my knee calm down - still would like to make the challenge goal but without movement, I'm not sure that's going to happen.
