Hello everyone hope you all had a great Thanksgiving and Christmas.... And with New Year's one day away lets get down to business the Holiday's were great, but let work together and support each other in losing weight. So join and lets keep one another posted. 

 

Start Weight: 200.0- 09/30/15

Current Weight 185.0-12/31/15

Challenge Weight: 182.4- 01/31/16

Mini weight loss by 03/15/16: 174.0 

UGW: 157.0lbs to 160lbs - 05/23/16

Hello everyone hope everyone's well. I noticed we have new attenders, so I got to thinking lets go for the gusto if all agree and let's change the challenge to 17lbs to 20lbs by May 25th, all in post in or out that way no one feel the pressure due to joining a bit late. So let me know if we're all in agreement. Until then have a great loss you have plenty of time now. Let's really watch our foods and exercise at least 4 to 5 days a week😊😊😊😊😊😊 I know we can do this, I just know it. Weight posting will change to the 8th of every month until challenge day ends on May 25th.

I forgot to mention, if you only have 5lbs or so to lose, we will still do the original challenge all others can join the larger number weight loss.😊

I am fine with whatever you chose. I just need to focus on moving more and working at this slowly. I am aiming for 1 lb per week either way. Thanks!

Hello everyone hope all is well and everyone's still in it to win it. Still working on that May 23, 2016 target, so let's go. By the way I did not make that 5lb challenge weight by 1.4lbs 😱 As of 01/28/16, but I'm still forging ahead to that May 23rd target, so hope all is well and everyone still on broad.

Hi kiddos , I missed the 5pound by 3pounds so would like to get in on the May challenge please let me know what the weight goal ... loss will be , I need these challenges. Thanks

Hi Sorry I just read this post , I'm in 20 pounds by the end of May. My total loss goal is 24 pounds but for me it will be the challenge to keep it off. Lets go thanks for the support love this. Keeps me motivated.

Hello Ladies & Gents, I think we should give ourselves a target goal by May 23rd instead of others giving us a goal to meet. So as I stated in my last message I'd like to be at least 157lbs-160lbs by this date or within 5lbs of it. So let's go and message those goals I'd/ we'd like to see for accountability. Let's go! We can do this mind over matter is all it takes. Monthly logging of weight required if your truly in this challenge, let's make our first log date March 1st since we're starting the new challenge February 1st.

BTW my current weight is 183.5; challenge goal weight by May 25th is: 157lbs - 160lbs. By no less then 5lbs of my goal weight at least. I accidentally said May 23rd, but it's May 25, 2016...... LETS GO!!!!!!! 😊

I missed the 5 lb challenge by one pound. Started at 153 and I'm at 149 now.My ultimate goal weight is 133-135 lbs. I need to work on getting in more activity of some kind and learning to eat better. It can be done!

Current Weight 187.0-12/31/15

Challenge Weight: 182.0 - 01/31/16

Current Weight:  180. 1/31/16  I made it plus two more for insurance!

UGW: 150 - 07/1/16  to be revised downward based on how I feel at 150.

 

And considering I was on a business trip all month and away from my Aria scale from Jan 4th until I arrived home last night, I'm pretty proud of myself.  I've learned to avoid restaurants when I'm on the road. I get a suite/hotel/cottage with a kitchen and go graze the Fresh Markets for groceries.  At airports now, I walk while waiting for my plane to depart rather than getting a meal and/or drink at an airport bar.

 

To celebrate the "new me" I bought a whole bunch of new clothes today.  I had to before I go back on the road Monday because everything I had was too big!   Yea!!!  I don't mind buying new clothes because I LOST weight, lol, whereas I used to hate buying new clothes when verything was getting tight.

Hello everyone, I hope you all are still hanging in there, things are moving perfectly for me right now and I couldn't be happier, I hope, I pray all is going well with everyone else. Remember to think about what your doing and what your putting in your mouth. We can do this! Also, please try to exercise if you can get any in. 80% of they way you eat the other twenty is exercise, so lets take the stairs if need be. Let's Go People.

Hello, everyone today is February 29th, I hope everyone is doing fine and that your all still in it to win it by May 25th. So I just wanted to checkin and make sure everyone is staying motivated and if you haven't been lets try to get that motivation now you still have time. I have to be honest, I talk to myself just about everyday on my phone by video to stay motivated, its not easy but you will never win unless you try at times it get very hard for me when I don't see the scale moving and I know I'm eating right and exercising 5 to 6 days aweek, I feel like giving up, but I say to myself in those video's if I don't who will for me. Its time we start putting ourselves first for a few hours a day let it be about you and even when you don't feel like it you do it because it helps. I know if I keep trying the scale have no choice but to move in the right direction. As of today I'm still at a 20lb lost since September 3, 2015 and I weigh (179.5) and have been stuck at that weight for almost a month now, but I refuse to let my body control me, because I know a secret and that is that I control my body and it will do what I want it to do if I don't give up. So lets keep going no matter what.  P.S. I've also decided I will not weigh myself everyday because it depresses me, however,  I see my body changing and I feel my cloths getting bigger so I know somethings happening even if I don't see it quite yet on the scale. So lets go people get up get moving I have 14.5lbs to go and I plan on getting there. May 25th here I come. Oh I've also decided I would much rather be at 165lbs due to the extreme muscle tone I have when I workout I look like I'm at 150lbs even when I'm at 165lbs I just like this look better on me.

If you've been stuck at same weight for a month you have to switch up your routine to continue to lose weight.  If you normally workout during the evenings switch to mornings.  Working out early mornings on an empty stomach get you better results than working out during the evenings.   Some days you may need to workout twice.  Do cardio during the morniigs and weights during the evenings.  Use all the cardio machines on different days (elliptical, spin bike and treadmill).   For significant weight loss do hill climbing on the treamill for 1 hour 5 days week.  Set incline to 15 and speed to 4.7 mph.  If that's too difficult make adjustments and build yourself up to go 4.7-5.0 mph.
