My name is Stephanie.
I used to weigh 243kg and I'm currently 186.6kg so I've lost 57kg thus far. I would love for you to share in my weightloss journey I started a blog when I first began focussing on losing weight. I had some 'time off' but am back on the bike again

Well done on your progress to date. Having time off is useful to consolidate your loss, refresh yourself and come back motivated. I too am returning to a weight loss phase after losing about half of what I needed to and then maintaining for about a year.
