I am moderating a 5 day "real food" challenge through a private Facebook group and everybody is invited!
It's 5 days of motivation and support to focus (again) on eathing healthy, real food (not fast food), getting your daily water needs met, exercising regularly and most importantly: HAVING FUN and celebrating small victories!
You'll get: easy to prepare recipes to mix and match for a delicious 5-day meal plan (complete with dessert!); access to my favourite workouts that you can stream at home or on the go via any web enabled device; and access to the private accountability group for inspiration, motivation, and support.

I would love to join, I need more motivation! I am currently 34 yo female, My current weight is 216.2 My Goal Weight is 199 by Halloween. But my ultamite goal is to be below 200 lbs by my 35 th birthday on Oct 29th. Also I would love to hear about the 5 day raw food challange. Thanks

I started "my plan" in January and I have lost 47 pounds!!! Might have gained over this weekend. I want to lose 3 more pounds. My goal was to lose 40 lbs and when I did that, I decided to lose 10 more because I don't remember the last time I weighed that!!! Anyway, I am stuck and I am having troubles with eating right. So, I want to join the next challenge and I want to lose 5 more lbs by Halloween!!!!!

All you need to do is weigh yourself, then set a goal amount of pounds you want to loose by Halloween, and just check in weekly or even more if you feel like it. The purpose of these challenges are not only to have a weight loss challenge for yourself but also to have a support team behind you to encourage you. 🙂

Of course - this group is open to anyone who would like to join an AWESOME and SUPPORTIVE TEAM!!! 🙂 We did a challenge to Labour Day and I think we are all pretty excited about the next 60 days!
Keep checking in here - maybe once a week or more often - and enjoy being with peers who support and motivate each other!
