Having little energy effects my motivation. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Want to know more about best meal plan for hypoglycemia, anything that can help inflamation, and ways to balance hormones naturally. Need to regain the pep in my step.

You'll probably get a lot of suggestions for low carb since a lot of people still seem to be doing that but what has worked way better for me is 801010. It is what many of the Olympic cyclists and runners used. 80% carb, 10% fat and 10% protein. your blood sugar stays up because carbs are easier to convert to glucose therefore you have more energy all the time. Eat fruit and vegetables all day and stay slim.
If you friend me you can see my food log and stats.

Personally, I've been trying to make myself a juice every morning. Just a glass size or bit more...nothing fancy. And when I say juice, I mean we have a juicer which I throw the fruit/veggies into. Please understand, I'm not a pro-juicer or advocate of "juicing"...I'm just sharing my routine.
Honestly, I don't know what hypoglycemia is (haven't gone to Sir Goog yet) but I have arthritis so the inflammation is an issue for me as well. As such, doing research on line, I've found the following foods "have shown benefits for inflamation": kale, spinach, ginger, carrots, apple. I also add romain lettuce which is apparently high in Omega-3s. (All of which I buy at Costco BTW, so no special health food store needed.)
Do I believe everything I read on the Internet...of course not. But these are fruits and veggies...and more of them a day than I used to have in a week. So I doubt I'm poisoning myself.
For the past couple of days, it has been my breakfast. I can't say I feel like running a marathon, I'm certainly not weighted down using all my energy digesting a big breakfast. ...and I have been getting my 10K steps in each day.

Is low energy not part of the diet? Even normal life or sporting has its downs. I expect that the body wisely handles an energy deficit by lowering hormones and all that peppy stuff. I am always impressed that some people seem to sustain deficits of 1000 kcal/day and more with apparent ease, where for me a deficit of 20% of my estimated needs (that's for me 500 kcal/day) is hard enough, no points are to be gained for making dieting tougher.
