Let the Journey Begin

Hello Everyone, this is my first post Woman Happy I just brought FitBit Charger HR and in these three days I am in love already. I am currently trying to be more active and lose 25 pounds. With the beautiful weather around the corner, i just want to make sure I am out there walking/running instead of being glued to my Netflix for hours. If anyone has any helpful tips regarding weight loss or how to get the most out of my new FitBit  please share.

Way to go! Here are a couple of tips: 1) get some Fitbit friends if you haven’t any yet, 2) take part in challenges.

To add friends.

 

Go to: https://www.fitbit.com/friends

 

At the right side, by 'find more friends', click 'Invite by Email'. Follow on screen instructions to send the invite, when accepted, you'll be Fitbit Friends. :smileywink:

 

On the forums:

 

Click on the username next to the post, on the next page next to the users picture click 'go to fitbit profile', on the next page click 'add friend' (next to the users picture).
