I just got approved for a weight loss program using lipoden shots with B12. I will have classes and medicine to pick up from the pharmacy as well but i missed what it was. Anyone ever tried the shots? How did it go?

It's great to see you around the forums @Michelle323! I did a quick search on Lipoden shots and found the following:
Lipotropics are compounds that help break down and metabolize fat in the body. A popular lipotropic agent is Ephedra (active ingredient ephedrine), an amphetamine-like compound derived from plants that stimulates the nervous system and heart.
The injections contain a solution of lipotropic nutrients that are made up of one or more of the following fat burning compounds: choline, inositol, methionine, amino acids, vitamin b12 and other vitamins and minerals.
While weightloss and energy boosts are reported from these shots, some of the side effects are an upset stomach and urinary problems since they are putting pressure on your kidneys. On a personal point of view, any program that uses shots to help you lose weight is not likely to provide long term results; you may regain the weight after you stop receiving the shots.
In the end, it is your decision to proceed with this; but it's best to consider the results in the long run.
