Lipotrim

Hi.

I am on day 17 of the Lipotrim Diet.  Basically it is powdered shakes and less that 400 calories per day.

Today , day 17 I have lost 28lb.  Two Stone ! ... One stone to go to reach my goal of 3 stone loss before Xmas.

Just purchased a Flex to help me increase my exercise rate.  I play football 3 times a week for a hour but want to start more cardio work in the Gym .

Cannot wait to actually eat something in around 3 weeks

What happens after you can normally eat?

What happens to your skin?

Hello @MANCITYMARK! Sorry to get into the thread and be a bummer but I honestly believe that tricking your body with Shakes and handle an extremely low caloric budget is bound to have a negative effect in the long run.

As @I-train-hard, we have to think about the "after" above anything else, your skin, bone density and mainly overall nutrition after such a regime.

I recommend to consult a Physician (not from the clinic) before going into this path, since usually leaving the program will cause a rebound.

Hope to see you around the forums Smiley Very Happy

I had a spell of Lipotrim for 8 weeks a few years back. I found it mentally challenging but I managed to lose 3 stone. When you eventually come off I found i didnt have an appetite but I followed the recommended eating plan. Exercise will help but just go to overboard esp with such a low cal intake....It was the best solution at that time for me and its not for everyone....Good luck 🙂
