Where are you trying to enter your weight: 1) in the mobile app (if so, iOS or Android), or 2) in a browser at www.fitbit.com? Your problem seems to be related to the character used as a decimal separator: comma vs. dot. I’m not sure what determines the exact character being used/displayed, but even if you would prefer to use a comma instead of a dot (possibly because it’s the convention in your country), just try entering your weight with a dot instead. If/when doing so, is it accepted?

This i weird. I normally don’t have to manually enter my weigh-ins, as I have a Fitbit Aria scale connected to my account, and it does it automatically for me. However, I have a secondary account for my Versa with no scale connected to it. I was able to manually enter my weight in the iOS app (on my iPad), as you can see here:
My numeric values also use a comma as separator. I believe this is the consequence of the regional settings (my iPad has "Finland" as the value for General > Language & Region > Region). You may want to check your region in the settings of your iPhone.
Fitbit also has some regional information under your profile. I’m not sure if it affects or overrides settings selected at the OS level.
