I use them both. I find errors in both, and have to create custom foods. MFP, has newer menu items. So if I can't find it in the fitbit database, I'll look in MFP.

I found the Fitbit food data base better than MFP for 2 reasons: more choices of units eg grams, ounces, slices, servings etc and also you can find a food that is similar and edit the nutritional information from the packaging or other site. There have been a lot of changes made to foods due to changes in portion size or package size. My only want is that the macronutrients be available on the APP/

great thank you for the tip I will look into changing to just my fitbit as I use that everyday and I've been finding it hard using both as both sites are showing different intakes for Calories and etc.
