Long Journey of Sucess and Failures

I got my fitbit in December 2013 and started a new healthy life. I went from 160 to 125 but then i gained weight and now im at 140. I just started again and im hoping i can stick with it. Anybody have advice on keeping the weight off?

One word. Consistency. I think it's the thing most of us struggle with.

Unfortunately, losing weight is actually the easy part, keeping it off, not so much.

 

Consistency is key. You have to continue to eat healthy, continue to workout, continue to be productive. It truly is a lifestyle.
