Corianna welcome to the board! Im pretty new here myself.
The first thing you can do is make real definable goals. To "eat healthier and exercise more" is hard to gauge if you accomplioshed them or not. Come up with some numbers. Whether it be 10k steps a day for a week etc. and take the first step!
Ill add you as a friend and we can help each other stay motivated!

I"m new here too. I just got my fitbit about a week ago. I struggle to stay motivated too. I want to lose some weight, get in shape, eat more healthy... all of it. You can add me as a friend. We can encourage each other and keep each other on track! 😉
