Hello Everyone!

 

My first Fitbit turned up this afternoon. I'm looking for friends to motivate me and hopefully help you, also to do challenges with! I sadly don't have any friends on fitbit as of yet, so would be lovely to make some. I have been doing Nutracheck for the last few months and lost amazingly over a stone. I'm hoping the fitit will entice me to be alot more active. Any advice in regards to getting the most from this would also be great. Thanks Louise Smiley Happy x
