Hi! I am a 32 year old graduate student who gained 22 lbs (10 kgs) during the pandemic.
I keep on dieting and falling back. I need a group of friends that have the same goals in terms of weight loss and exercise. Anyone interested to stay in touch via fitbit and track our progress?

I'm a fair bit older than you at 55 but I also ate my way through the lockdowns. Mainly saturated fat foods with zero exercise meant I put on similar if not more than you did.
I changed my eating habits about 14 months back and got my fitbit 6 months ago. Overall I've now lost 45lbs (20kg) and I'm happy where I am, but i would like to tone up the shape that's now appeared after the fat loss lol.
So I've recently joined the online community here and would also like some friends to do challewith. Just to keep up the interest and encourage each other (I think my real world friends are fed up with me talking about steps, zone minutes and healthy eating 🤣🤣)
