I got my Fitbit last June and wth walking and 21 Day Fix I have lost 50 pounds. I have 50 more to go. Honestly getting my 10,000 steps is hard because it is cold and my nightly walks with my dogs lately have been a struggle. I have 3 kids and work 2 jobs but I am ready to get these last 50 pounds gone and I know it takes exercise and walking for me. Send a request and keep me moving. I am competitive and this summer I had a friend that I would walk to keep up with but she has stopped walking. Feel free to friend me - I will accept. Congratulations on losing 50 pounds! That is a wonderful achievement! I have just purchased the Fitbit Charge today after going back and forth between a couple of different fitness trackers. Just bundle up when you walk your pups, and you'll keep moving toward your goal.

Wow, 50 pounds! That is wonderful, and encouraging. I just received my first Fitbit for Christmas and I am in the process of learning to use it. I love to walk and I agree it is too cold for my morning walks. Still, my nieghbor is my encouragement and she and I go out together. Layers is the key and also try those hand and foot warmers. They are amazing and help a lot. Right now I am on meds that cause weight gain. If all goes as planned I will be off them in 3 weeks and I hope the weight will start coming off. Good luck toward the rest of your goal. You have already done the hard part...getting started and keeping with it for 50, so you know you can do the rest.

That is fantastic that you were able to lose 50 pounds. Keep doing what you're doin!!! What do you do when you crave more food but know that you really shouldn't?

The fitbit is fun and I enjoy watching my progress. it is interesting to see how much sleep I am not getting at night and how long it sometimes takes me to get to sleep. Also, how quickly I go to sleep on other night.
