Hi! I'm looking for some FitBit friends! Please add me!
A little about me: I'm 24, and live in Canada. I have a SW of 220lbs- CW is 177. My lowest weight was 155lbs last year. I'm ready to get back at it and get to my UGW of 140lbs!
I plan to be a daily user, just got my FitBit but I'm already an active MFP user so I'll be logging everything. I'd love some friends to compare and keep me motivated. 🙂

Hi KKZ, I will be your Fitbit friend if I can figure out how to add friends, etc. I've had my Fitbit about 6 weeks and am still learning how to navigate everything. I live in Houston, TX area but am originally from Newfoundland. Will be going back in August for a family reunion. My high weight was 263, current is 214 down from 243 in late Feb. when I started working on my health and diet, and my goal weight is 135. It took me a while to be able to walk very far due to bone loss in my left hip but I am doing much better now and try to get in 10 thousand steps a day, right now my average is about 8700 since the weekend. Tell me how to add you as a friend and I will.

Hi ChitChat! I just added you- hope it worked. That is amazing!!! Congrats on your weight loss so far that is def something to be proud of!! Wow you moved all the way to Texas? that would be a long move, are you excited to go back? I'm glad to have you added - we share the same goal weight so that will be motivating 🙂
Today was my first day using it and I only did 2400 steps. I just wanted to see what I was getting on a day where I don't work out, so it really puts things into perceptive (and makes 10k steps seem like alot)!!.. I'm excited to see what I'll have tomorrow after I work out and do my run.

Hi everyone, I'm Carla I have lost 22.9kg since October 2010. I am feeling a bit of a lack of motivation at the moment maybe due to the colder weather, not too sure. I am just looking to maintain my current weight without putting any on over the winter period. I am happy to share my journey and what I have found that works for me with you. I have only got the fitbit scales at the moment but have been looking into getting the fitbit flex but am reading mixed reviews about it so not to sure. anyone got one and how do you find it? please add me as a friend not sure how

Hi Carla! Congrats on your weight loss. How do you like the scale? I'm thinking of buying one!
Today is only my second day with my FitBit Flex, and I'm enjoying it. Just seeing it on my wrist makes me mindful that I need to keep my body moving. I use My Fitness Pal religiously, and the FitBit syncs with it so thats great. I've added a few friends now so when I'm on my app checking my progress I can see where they are at and where I rank- thats motivating!
I'm enjoying it so far- and getting to see when I'm the most active and how I'm sleeping is a bonus!

Thank - you has been a long process but think its going to be one of those things I am going to need to manage for the rest of my life. **ahem** chocolate and lollies for tasting so good :). Yer I quite like the scale took a bit to figure out to to set it up sucessfully tho thins these days don't seem to come with many instructions. yeah I am trying to add some more friends for a bit of motivation too. I really want the fitbit flex to monitor my sleep because honestly sometimes I wake in the morning and feel like I havent slept at all.

hi! I'm just as vigilant with MFP and thought that this would keep me on track and better motivated. I'm also looking for some friends to keep me on my toes and out of the fridge! lol Can I add you, you can add me 🙂 I've got about 40 lbs to lose so I'll take all the motivation I can get!
