Started at 10K, getting used to 15K, starting to break 20K and would like to break 20/day for Feb2016. All welcome, but people trying to climb the daily ladder are especially welcome. Will start a group as well to keep us motivated. Cheers to all. Rob K

Would LOVE to do this! An average working day for me is about 7-8K, but I'm quite sedentary outside of that, so definitely need to get motivated. I think I'll start at aiming for 10k, then try to be at 20k by the end of Feb. I know I'll be a bit behind the rest of you, but at least I'll be ahead of everyone on the couch!
